First I want to thank you for your interest in Wild-Crafted Grass with lemon-ginger flavor and in the Sea-Odine iodine supplement. Here is a recipe for a powerful energy drink:
Put 2 oz. of Barley Grass Juice in a small cup and add 4-5 drops of Sea-Odine, stir and drink immediately.
Please do not prepare the drink too far ahead of time as the Sea-Odine drops will significantly loose potency after 2 hours in water. Some users may find that if they consume this energy drink after dinner they may experience a delay in falling asleep that night.
